EL Camino II
El Camino – phase II built 25 new houses in the Clifford and Conkey area of Rochester. The new homes are all rented to income-eligible families and after 15 years will be available for sale. Residents are supported by a range of work force, health and education services provided by project developers Ibero Development Corporation. Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd. codeveloped the project. Financing was provided by New York State Housing Trust Fund, the City of Rochester and Richmond Capital through the syndication of low-income-housing tax credits. The Greater Rochester Housing Partnership provided construction financing in the amount of $3,800,000.
