The Greater Rochester Housing Partnership (GRHP) is a not-for-profit lender dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Rochester, NY Region.  We take pride in investing in all kinds of neighborhoods and varied housing needs when we invest in quality, affordable housing.  We work with for-profit and not-for-profit developers and organizations to make certain all individuals and families have access to housing that is safe, stable, affordable, and positively impacts one’s quality of life.

The Greater Rochester Housing Partnership (GRHP) is a not-for-profit lender dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Rochester, NY Region. We take pride in investing in all kinds of neighborhoods and varied housing needs when we invest in quality, affordable housing.  We work with for-profit and not-for-profit developers and organizations to make certain all individuals and families have access to housing that is safe, stable, affordable, and positively impacts one’s quality of life.

GRHP provides flexible lending capital to assist with project feasibility and implementation. We use our capital to invest in a wide range of housing opportunities, including mixed-use development projects that help revitalize neighborhoods and provide needed community services.

GRHP develops affordable homes for purchase by income-qualified first-time homebuyers. In partnership with the Rochester Housing Development Fund Corporation, we renovate homes for purchase by income-eligible first-time homebuyers. GRHP also develops newly-constructed, energy efficient homes for purchase by eligible homebuyers.
